Day 2 of the Inquiry

In the morning Peter Hayward, WSCC Transport Consultant presented his evidence followed by cross-examination.

Five local residents gave their individual statements, objecting to the appeals. One company, of whom Crouchland is a client, supported Crouchland.

Jane Moseley, WSCC Planning, presented her evidence and will finish being cross-examined in the morning.

Proceedings will start tomorrow at 9.30am. It is expected that Reginald Hawks, CDC Planning will present his case in the late morning, with the possibility that the Parish Councils may start to present their case late in the day - and throughout friday.
