Crouchland Farm has submitted a planning application for new dairy buildings which would cover a total of over 7 acres and be located in the field opposite the current dairy. Please note that the 'existing farm building' that they say would be demolished, is smaller than a tennis court and is in fact a shed with open ends.
Who knows what the application means. Given their last planning application for an innocuous slurry store, which turned into an industrial sized biogas plant - it could mean anything.
You can read all the application documents here - and you currently have 20 days to submit your comments.
We will suggest some questions to ask yourselves, once we have read all the documents;
