On January 12th 2016, Farm Fuels Ltd, wholly owned by Crouchland Biogas Ltd, was called to a Public Inquiry by the Transport Commissioner in Eastbourne - for suspected breaches to its Operator’s licence; effectively using Crouchland Farm as an unauthorised Operating Centre.
Following further investigations and evidence, the Traffic Commissioner has stated that the public inquiry will ...be reconvened at 10am, on tuesday 17th May 2016 at Ivy House, 3 Ivy Terrace, Eastbourne, East Sussex BN21 4QT
Please let us know asap if you plan to attend, as seating is limited to 25 places. Please private message this site or email the Parish Clerk on firstname.lastname@example.org
(NB This Inquiry takes place a few days after the Planning Hearing. Crouchland Biogas Ltd has appealed against the County Council’s determination of their Certificate of Lawfulness application, which CBG considers has excluded development which was lawful. The Planning Inspectorate has confirmed that the appeal will be determined through the Hearing procedure. This appeal will consider only what development is, or is not, lawful. This Hearing will take place in Chichester on Friday 12th and 13th May and anyone may attend. Your support would be fully appreciated for this crucial determination.)
