(NB This Inquiry takes place a few days after the Planning Hearing. Crouchland Biogas Ltd has appealed against the County Council’s determination of their Certificate of Lawfulness application, which CBG considers has excluded development which was lawful. The Planning Inspectorate has confirmed that the appeal will be determined through the Hearing procedure. This appeal will consider only what development is, or is not, lawful. This Hearing will take place in Chichester on Friday 12th and 13th May and anyone may attend. Your support would be fully appreciated for this crucial determination.)
