Crouchland apply for Certificate of Lawfulness on their operations

Crouchland Biogas Ltd have applied to WSCC for a Certificate of Lawfulness for the proposed use as an Anaerobic Digestion facility, with unrestricted throughput of imported waste or other material and the generation and export of electricity, biogas and digestate. (Not sure why it is 'proposed', when it is obviously already 'existing'?)

There is no statutory public consultation on this type of application. However, should you have any evidence you consider may assist in the determination of the application please provide it to WSCC by 16 June 2015. Views expressed on the planning merits of the use, for example, about its suitability or the impact of the development, cannot be taken into account by the County Council when determining this application.
