The Planning Committee meeting to discuss enforcement is on 28th April (not the 27th as written yesterday). Read about the argument between WSCC and CDC as to who should enforce.
WSCC state that they only dealt with the application as they knew that Crouchland Biogas had the INTENTION of 'importation of waste, rather than crops'. Now that this has been refused, they argue it should return to CDC for enforcement.
So WSCC took enforcement action last summer against CBG's importation of waste. Most bizarrely, WSCC then removed the Enforcement order and it subsequently recommended approval for an application that WSCC knew had the 'intention' of being the same Waste facility which it had enforced against previously!
It's not only the waste that stinks.
