The problems for Crouchland Biogas keep piling on.
Farm Fuels Ltd, wholly owned by Crouchland Biogas Ltd, have been called to a Public Inquiry by the Transport Commissioner - for suspected breaches to their Operator’s licence, effectively using Crouchland Farm as an unauthorised Operating Centre.
The local community have provided evidence for this Inquiry, which includes the parking of Farm Fuels HGV's at Crouchland Farm, overnight and at weekends - instead of... returning to their Operating Centre in Woking. This is a serious breach of their Operator's Licence and could lead to them losing their licence, leaving them with no HGVs to transport their waste and gas. Other investigations are also in place.
Farm Fuel Ltd, whose Director is Leon Mekitarian, (MD of Crouchland Biogas Ltd) operates the eight HGVs supplying Crouchland Biogas.
