The Plaistow & Ifold Parish Council voted unanimously to object to the Crouchland Biogas application at the public meeting on 12th August.
The public meeting was exceptionally well attended with standing room only, which reflects the strength of feeling in the area. Representatives from Crouchland Biogas Ltd and P.O.R.E were given the opportunity to put forward their respective views, followed by questions from the floor and finally the vote by the Parish Council.
Remember to object by 22nd August if you haven't already.
West Sussex County Council are aiming to decide on the application in early October which will probably be via the planning comittee.
